Tomorrow in Westman we celebrate the magnificent Women of Westman at our Women of Distinction Gala. Tickets are $75 and all proceeds to towards YWCA programs. It all takes place Thursday, March 9 Western Manitoba Centennial Auditorium in Brandon. Congrats to this year’s women!
100 Women Who Care, Brandon & Area is attempting to raise $10,000 for the Women’s Resource Centre! On Thursday March 23rd, from 5-7pm, 100 Women Who Care will be gathering at Backyard on Aberdeen for a feel-good evening of giving at the Golden Girls Wine & Cheese Mixer! Tickets are $10.00 (cash) and include entry to the event, a glass of wine, and a ballot for an amazing door prize. He usually compete in 2 or 3 kcbs sanctioned bbq competitions a year, his wife and him are certified bbq judges that judge comps in Calgary and Kenora. If you have seen the show bbq pitmasters or bbq USA on tv, that’s exactly what they do. But restaurant? Food truck? Dallas? Hello? The bacon covered oreo pics don’t do this guy justice.
