COLD is COMING. While daytime highs won’t stray too far from normal this weekend, overnight lows are about to get VERY COLD. -20 cold, starting Wednesday night into Thursday, and that will have people reaching for their block heater cord. Normally, newer vehicles are able to start at temperatures as low as -30° C, but it may cause more strain on the engine to do so if the block heater hasn’t been plugged in. A general rule of thumb is to plug in your engine block heater when the weather reaches -15° C or lower, just to be safe.
Travis is enjoying Playa Del Carmen Mexico and shares some of his amazing pics! What a wonderful place to visit when the weather gets cold. Playa is along the Yucatán Peninsula’s Riviera Maya strip of Caribbean shoreline. Known for its palm-lined beaches and coral reefs, it’s got great shopping, beaches, restaurants and nightspots ranging from laid-back bars to dance clubs.
