-Canada’s median income after tax is down, latest statistics show. Lone-parent families under 25 saw the largest decrease, falling 15% to $25K in 2022. People under 25 saw a 13% drop to $18K in 2022. Couple families under 25 dropped 9% to $45K in 2022.
