@moody6792 Justin Trudeau has announced this morning as of 11am EST on January 6th 2025 that he will officially resign as the Prime Minister of Canada and as leader of the Liberal Party. Additionally, this has come with an announcement that he will prorogue the Government until March 24th 2025. Meaning that all Government duties will be suspended until the Liberals find their new leader.
