SCHOOL CELL BAN. One month in, how are things going? This past September, the MB government banned cellphones in classrooms to help students stay focused, with restrictions varying by grade level. Teachers say it’s already boosting student engagement, and exceptions will be made for medical and educational needs.
Happy Bread Day. As we celebrate we try to determine what bread in Canada is the “best restaurant bread”. In the USA, the top bread is Texas Roadhouse rolls, followed by Olive Garden breadsticks, Cheesecake Factory baguette and brown bread, Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuits and Cracker Barrel biscuits and corn muffins. But while we don’t have some of the top 5 found south of the border, the top choice is left between Olive Garden and Red Lobster. Both sooooooo good.
