And a Thanksgiving Earthquake!!?!?! Apparently so! An earthquake struck near Esterhazy on the night of October 12, with significant shaking reported around 11:08 p.m. and a smaller quake 29 minutes later, but Mosaic’s potash operations were unaffected. All employees were accounted for, safety checks confirmed no issues, and operations continue as usual, with the seismic activity well below thresholds for significant impact.
