-Manitoba priest charged with sexual assault on 8yr old girl, police look for more potential victims. Police believe the child was alone with the priest, who asked her to help clean the church when the incident took place.
-Tuesday thunderstorm brought heavy rain, a funnel cloud in the Morden area and dime-sized hail to parts of Manitoba. Environment Canada says Beausejour was hit with 100 millimeters of rain in the span of 30 to 45 minutes causing flooding in the town. Virden and Kenton areas also got hit with heavy rain and pea size hail Tuesday.
-Violent crime reaches highest level in 13 years as number of crimes in Winnipeg increased by more than 25% in 2022, which includes a record number of homicides, bear spray incidents & property crimes.

-Winnipeg police say an early morning stabbing on Burrows has prompted a homicide investigation, after a 22yr old man was stabbed in the 400 block of Burrows, was taken to hospital in critical condition where he later died.
